LGBTQ+ Education and Research

In a rapidly evolving world, fostering an inclusive workplace is a strategic advantage. As society moves towards greater acceptance of LGBTQ+ rights, businesses must proactively embrace diversity in order to thrive. As members and partners of the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce, you don’t have to face this critical work alone. The Chamber offers comprehensive training and technical assistance programs designed to help businesses and organizations create inclusive workplaces for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Educational training programs are tailored for each business and focus on educating staff and leadership about building LGBTQ+ inclusive environments. Beyond the foundational introductory sessions, the Chamber can provide more nuanced material, including LGBTQ+ HR policies and procedures, organizational change for inclusive practices, and addressing burnout unique to LGBTQ+ employees.
